I-dentitee LLP is a consultancy firm which caters to training of both individuals as well as groups. Our motto is ‘Innovation, Motivation and Optimisation’. This means that each of our programmes are customized and innovative. They are equipped to help motivate people to think through different perspectives and take action. Our programmes are also designed to help our clients to achieve maximum optimisation of their potential in various areas.
As a firm which offers psychological training at its fore, the team at I-dentitee LLP always believe in taking great care to ensure that every single person who attends our sessions is benefitted in one way or the other. Since the programmes are individually developed based on the need of the clients, each session will be tailor-made to specifically address the requirements of the individual/group who are attending them.
Apart from training, I-dentitee LLP also offers to develop and conduct research surveys on various topics like Employee Perception, Teacher-based Issues, Student-based issues, Opinion and Attitude surveys in various fields and settings and so on. From developing the questionnaire in discussion with the participants/ clients, to generating a report to summarize the findings, the firm takes care of the entire process.

Dr. Deepti Swamy
Founder-Director, Psychologist
Dr. Deepti is a psychologist, trainer and researcher. She is currently an Asst. Professor at Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. Her area of research is in the fields of Social, Educational and Adolescent Psychology. She has obtained her Masters in Psychology, M.Phil. degree and Ph.D. degree from Jain University. She was awarded the Gold Medal for obtaining the first rank for M.Sc. She also obtained the highest overall marks in psychology during her MPhil degree. Combining technology and psychology is one of her favourite things to do and to this end, she developed a web-application as part of her doctoral degree-called SocioID which can help graphically represent one’s Social Identity in a hierarchical manner. She was awarded the 10th rank in the Global Peter Drucker Essay Challenge in 2015 which got her invited to the Peter Drucker Forum in Vienna, Austria in November that year where the theme was ‘Managing oneself in the Digital World’. She was a faculty at the Post-Graduate Department of Psychology, Jain University for 3.5 years. She has worked as a trainer in several schools and colleges especially in the areas of Life Skills and Study Skills training. She is also a qualified educational counsellor and has experience dealing with clients from that area. She has been in the research arena from the past 7 years and has conducted multiple workshops based on various aspects of research. She has five journal publications and one book published till date. On a personal note she is a bibliophile and loves nothing more than reading any book she gets her hands on. She is also a self-confessed epistemophile who loves to especially understand more about different cultures and countries, especially in connection to history.
Ms. Gayathri Swamy
Founder-Director, Creative Head
Ms. Gayathri is in-charge of the Creative side of I-dentitee LLP. A visionary when it comes to any graphic and visual based art form, she finished her schooling from SSVM school and graduated with a B.Com. degree from APS College in Bangalore. As well as bringing up two children, she has simultaneously been learning, practicing and teaching several art and craft forms. These include the culinary arts, doll-making, kundan and bead handwork, jewellery-making, metal embossing, embroidery and designing and crafting clothing. Every day is a day for learning with her and she loves nothing more than help teach others what she knows!
Ms. Akhila Bhatta
Counselling Psychologist
Akhila Bhatta is an expressive art therapy practitioner and a counselling psychologist who graduated from Jain (Deemed-to-be University). Her work mainly supports creating a space for her clients on ‘i-dentifying’ and rediscovering the ‘self.’ She believes in taking things on its own pace and providing that space for clients to understand themselves especially with the help of creatives pathway of art, movement and expression. Coming from a music and dance background herself, she is highly enthusiastic about the use of different expressive art forms for the use of therapy and positive mental health.
Dr. Shailaja Shastri
Academic/Research Consultant
Dr. Shailaja is currently the Dean of Humanities and Liberal Arts at Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal. She was the Founder-Director of Training and Research Initiatives (TRI). She has been actively involved in the domain of mental health as a trainer, teacher, researcher and counsellor for the last 28 years. She holds a Masters, M. Phil and Ph.D. degree in Psychology. Earlier she was the Professor and Head at the Department of Psychology, Jain University. She was also the Dean of Psychology at the International Academy for Creative Teaching, the training arm of the Jain Group of Institutions. Actively engaged in research, she has successfully guided 7 Ph.D. and 15 M.Phil. scholars. A certified Cambridge University facilitator and Dale Carnegie Trainer, Dr. Shailaja has a broad spectrum of experience in the field. She has trained employees of Government Undertakings and Departments like KSRTC, BWSSB, Income Tax Department, Banking sector, Agriculture Department as well as companies like Kaypee Electronics, Venkateshwara Hatcheries, WIPRO among others. She was invited to be a part of the Future of Learning organized by the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Dr Shailaja is an inspiring teacher, an accomplished trainer and a well-known counsellor. She has travelled widely and delivered lectures in leading international institutions across the world and in reputed educational institutions in India.
Mr. N.N Swamy
Financial Consultant
Mr. NN Swamy is a Chartered Accountant with more than 40 years of experience in the field. Having completed his schooling from DMS school in Mysore, he obtained a B.Sc. degree first before going on to take up the CA course. He ranked in the top 50 at the all-India level for the Inter exam. He set up his own practice in 1976 and continues to show the same great enthusiasm for work as the day he first started! He has obtained two additional certifications- one from the ICAI called the Information Systems Audit (ISA) where he obtained the top rank for his batch and the second from NLSIU in Intellectual Property Rights. His areas of expertise are Direct Taxes and Enterprise Support Services.
Mr. Sukumar Rangachari
Business Consultant
Mr. Sukumar is currently a mentor at Nadathur S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) at IIMB. An alumnus of IIT, Kgp (E&EC) and IIMB, he worked in B2B marketing for 7 years in Bombay. He established an electronic component unit in Mysore in 1982 with an All-India market. He is a Founder-Director of a US-based software company with a development centre at Bangalore in the area of Pharma R&D, since 1999. He is a certified assessor for the CII-Exim award for Business Excellence. He has been an Adjunct Faculty in JSS Centre for Management Studies, visiting faculty at SDM-IMD, PESU, besides providing management training and consulting, since the last 20 years. He is trustee of two hospitals in Mysore. He brings in more than 45 years of experience as an Entrepreneur and in training, consulting, coaching and mentoring.

Dr. Pratima Narayan
Dr. Pratima is a Legal Consultant and Mediator. She is the Founder-Partner of TechLawLogi, which introduces innovative techniques in legal consultancy and advocacy. She has been in the field of legal academia for over 16 years and is a visiting faculty at various law schools and business schools. Her areas of expertise are commercial laws, intellectual property and Information Technology law. She has obtained a doctorate in law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
Dr. Sowmya Puttaraju
Dr. Sowmya is a Consultant at Training and Research Initiatives (TRI). A well-known and respected mental health professional, she has been certified as a Psychotherapist specialising in the use of REBT from the Albert Ellis Institute, New York. She currently works with several schools and colleges providing training and counselling services as well as is a visiting faculty at colleges in Bangalore. She is known for her creative approaches in teaching as well as in the stream of Counselling.
Ms. Ashwini NV
Ms. Ashwini is the Founder-Director of Muktha Foundation, a psychosocial initiative focussing on training, research, and advocacy pertaining to prevention of abuse and promotion of mental health. Her idea regarding bettering mental health in LAMIC countries was voted the Best Idea at the St. Gallen Symposium in 2015. A highly respected counsellor, she has conducted several national level programmes on the issue of Abuse. She is also a visiting faculty at several colleges in Bangalore.
Ms. Deepa Chandrashekhar
Ms. Deepa is a published author of the book titled ‘Effectiveness of Films in Propagating Environmental Issues’. A graphic and web designer by profession, Deepa has been designing for more than 6 years. A freelance graphic designer, she is the owner of Da-Magix, which has a broad and varied client base spanning educational institutions, law firms to industries. She has worked on websites, brochures, logos and various invitation cards for both companies and individual clients. Deepa is a passionate photographer and avid book reader.
